Bree Kunzel is a West Coast native that fell in love with the DC area while working as Project Manager for FDT on the U.S. Capitol Dome Restoration Project in 2014. She continued her career working with high profile clients including the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) and the US Army National Guard before returning to the San Francisco Bay Area.

There she continued working with Fortune 500 Industry leaders; Salesforce, Facebook, Apple, Amazon and many more as a subcontractor in both the industrial coatings and Tenant Improvement (TI) space. 

Bree is a decorated veteran: as a member of the National Guard, she served on the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Weapon Enhanced Response Team and attended Incident Command Systems (ICS) training. She was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Army Ribbon and nominated for Soldier of the Year in 2015.

Bree is a focused and strategic negotiator. She brings to her Real Estate practice discipline, loyalty, and an extreme attention to detail. Bree’s established history of service and professional diplomacy gives her clients confidence in her ability to boldly advocate on their behalf.

Bree lives in Potomac with her husband Ben who serves as SWAT SGT for the Department of Interior National Park Police and is extremely proud of his service and accomplishments, their two daughters Laila and Ellie and adorable french bull-baby, Marty McFly.
